I’ve set up a 52 Week Change Challenge to help you slowly transition to a wide variety of healthy lifestyle choices over the course of 2018. Food, lifestyle, personal care products and overall beneficial environmental changes.
For those of you who are not staring down the barrel of drastic and quick lifestyle change imposed by your doctors due to pressing medical issues, this 52 week challenge might be just what you need to feel like you are making progress.
Will there be some tough weeks?
Absolutely! If I was a math genius I’d guess-timate that 20% of the changes will be a bit more difficult than the other 80%.
So are they doable? Absolutely!
Some of them even easy? Yup!
So much of what we are surrounded with is toxic and it seems overwhelming to think about what needs to change in order to get on the right side of things.
Every change is not only good for us, but for the planet as well.
