This raw chocolate avocado pudding recipe is easy peasy. Modify it a bit. Make it YOUR own.
1 large ripe avocado (it’s got to be soft/ripe)
2 tbsp. raw local honey
1 1/2 – 2 tbsp. raw cacao powder
1/4 cup of water (added a few tablespoons at a time until the consistency is right).
- Substitute the water with almond milk for a richer flavor
- 1 heaping teaspoon of cashew butter and blend again to push it off he charts.
- Add some cinnamon
- Or vanilla
- Or cayenne pepper if you’re brave.
Toss everything into a Vitamix and whirl it all up until it’s the consistency you desire.
