Negative thoughts attract a negative outcome.
Positive thoughts, attract positive outcomes.
Which do you want to bring into your life?
Whatever you focus on you get more of. The brain, for the most part, does what you tell it to do. Use it to your advantage, not your disadvantage.
Sometimes we overthink things. You CAN make real solid change in your life by not only changing what you think, but believing it will be your outcome. If you want to be good at anything you have to practice.
Practice thinking, saying AND believing that positive outcomes will be yours.
Repeating positive affirmations hammers home to your brain what your heart desires.
Want bonus points? Say them to YOURSELF while looking in a mirror. Oh, yeah.
You brain needs to know what to look for. Tell it through affirmations. Believe it by looking into your own eyes.
Hokey? Yup, but it works.
