This week’s change: Drink More Water
Level of Discomfort (10 being the most painful): 1
Why: Water is life.
I am dehydrated.
You’re dehydrated.
Honestly, I don’t know anyone who isn’t dehydrated.
If you are following my 52 weeks closely you’ll notice that yes, this is my third post on the importance of water consumption. THIRD, lol. It’s important.
Week #19 – I suggested that you upgrade your water sources.
Week #46 – I suggested that you change what you carry your water in.
Week #47 – This week I’m asking you to consume MORE clean water.
I shout this from the rooftops not only because it is GREAT for you, but it’s freaking crazy SIMPLE behavior to implement that yields a huge positive outcome.
We all need water to function but somehow we keep forgetting that this one small daily activity can have a huge impact on how we feel as well as providing us with an improved health outcome.
Flush those toxins out of your body.
Wash your cells.
Keep your electrolytes flowing.
In the absence of setting up a complete home water filtration system there is BERKEY, my favorite movable water filter than can move as you do. I particularly love this product because they have great fluoride filters that are especially important for gals like me who have thyroid issues. (This is an affiliate link and I may receive an financial remuneration if you choose to buy. Remember, I don’t push products I don’t love. Ever)

And make sure to keep it clean by carrying your water in a good portable container. This is my favorite.
BUT WAIT, THERE’S ANOTHER OPTION THAT’S FREE.
There are many places in the country where you can collect your own water from ground wells/springs. Using the thickest plastic available for transport, you can seek out local springs near you where you can collect your own. NOTE: I cannot guarantee that this is clean water, only that you might want to seek out what’s being offered near you and do your own research.
When I was living in Southwestern Vermont, I drove to a spring 10 minutes away and collected my own very delicious and refreshing water. It can be done. FindASpring.com is a GREAT resource.

What do we substitute in place of it, if anything? Water…lol
Potential Positive Outcomes: Oh look, there it is again….overall better health.
